Lost Love


He resides in a far away land, living with what his every day may bring him. Words of discussion and thoughts that spill into his song. A Memory he hides within, searching to find a way to send a message of love to her. Trying to hide his truth from others, he finds confusion and fear. Lost in his world of loneliness, spending his nights thinking of how he can reach her. Consumed by the very love he found within her, wishing there were an easier way. Echos of whispers in the dark, strong emotions attached with distant memories of her presence. Questioning himself if it were ever real, but believing in his heart that she loves him. Will he ever find the courage to reach for her? Living a double life, loving her within himself, but trying to cover the pain by looking for the love only she can give, from others. Others, who aren't the same. Others, who aren't her. Those whom can't possibly posses the power she has over him. I am, in essence a messenger, sent to him by her. Here to tell him she hears his song, His quiet thoughts in the dark. She feels his touch and knows his love will forever await her.
