JEMM (Just Everything Memphis Music) Entertainment is a booking and promotions company based in Memphis, TN. After looking at the Memphis music scene and noticing it was missing an acoustic niche, the decision to create JEMM was made. We started by putting on our first show, a songwriter’s showcase, on April 14, 2005. The showcase was a huge success and ever since our company has been evolving and taking us places never imagined in this crazy business.

JEMM primarily works within the indie music industry but takes on any challenge presented with proper notice. Our history includes working with all genres of music and artists from all over the U.S., including Al Kapone, Roger Mexico, Tony Lucca, Kim Richardson, Jason Eskridge, Susan Marshall, Gentry Morris, The JTB, Emily Shea, The Massacoustics, SJ Tucker and The Penny Royals. In the past, JEMM has also collaborated with companies to offer events for music fans. JEMM dips in the creative side of promotion as well: making press kits, designing flyers and forming street teams. If you can think it, we can probably pull it off, and if we cannot we know someone who can.

JEMM organizes many events each year. The Yankee Invasion occurs every July and showcases talent born above the Mason-Dixon Line. The show’s purpose is to fuse local Memphis musicians with artists unfamiliar with the Memphis scene. This idea makes Yankee Invasion a priceless performance opportunity and a chance to network with industry professionals from all over the U.S. It is an ideal event for any artist trying to break into the Memphis scene. Each October, we hold a benefit show supporting the research of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Each January, through the Ultimate Songwriter's Showcase, JEMM reconnects with its beginnings. The show allows JEMM to touch base with its roots and reminds people of the genius that is the singer/songwriter, a type of performer who goes unappreciated too often.
